Group counseling is a special form of therapy where group of people (5-15) meet together under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist to help themselves and one another. Truth telling paves a way to connect with others. Group therapy can offer you a safe place to feel validated by others who may experience similar challenges.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is a specialized approach used to treat trauma and other distressing experiences. During EMDR sessions, clients recall distressing memories while focusing on external stimuli, such as hand movements or sounds, guided by the therapist.
