About the event
We’ll move slowly through meaningful reading, with space for reflection, normalization, and connection. Sharing is always optional, and the focus is on support rather than fixing.
This is a closed group created to feel contained, respectful, and emotionally safe. To support a cohesive and supportive group experience, consistent attendance is encouraged. Space is limited to 10 participants.
To support confidentiality and meaningful discussion, this group is designed for adults only.
Children are not able to attend or be present during sessions.
