Mission

At Wholehearted Path Counseling, forging meaningful connections with clients is at the heart of the therapeutic process. Through advocacy and education, I promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help.

My goal is to instill confidence and empower individuals to embrace themselves and life authentically and wholeheartedly.

Professionally, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and practice owner. Personally, I wear many hats: I’m a mother, an advocate, a lifelong learner, a serial hobbyist (yes, I’m the type to start crocheting one week and clay crafting the next), and an imperfect human figuring things out as I go. My own lived experience with postpartum depression and pregnancy loss, alongside my education and training, has shaped the way I show up for others.

Therapy, to me, is about more than strategies and coping skills (though those have their place). It’s about creating a space where you feel safe to exhale, to be fully yourself—messy, complicated, brilliant, and everything in between. It’s an honor for me to sit with people in their hardest seasons and to witness the quiet, powerful ways they grow.

My hope is that our work together helps you feel seen and understood, while also supporting you in building a deeper connection with yourself. At the end of the day, my goal isn’t perfection...it’s helping you arrive at a place of greater self-acceptance, self-love, and the freedom to live wholeheartedly (whatever that looks like for you).
